Frequently Asked Questions



For first time users, please register your company by clicking the “Not yet registered?” in the login page.
1)   Register your company by accomplishing the User Registration Form
2)   Complete the security check through Captcha Code
3)   The registered e-mail address will serve as your temporary User ID for login
4)   Initial Password will be sent to your e-mail after registration

For Registered Subcontractors
User ID: registered email address

For Accredited Subcontractors
User ID: Subcontractor Code
(It will be provided in the notification letter issued at the time of effectivity of accreditation)

Initial password will be sent to your email address after registration.
You may change the password anytime upon login.

Password must be:
  • At least eight (8) characters
  • At least one (1) uppercase alphabetic character (A-Z)
  • At least one (1) lowercase alphabetic character (a-z)
  • At least one (1) numeric character (0-9)
  • At least one (1) special character (#$%@!)
If you forget your password, you can recover it by clicking the “Forgot Password?” in the login page.

Subcontractors for Registration
Minimum key documents required to be uploaded are Company Profile, Brochures, Scope of Work/List of Services.

Subcontractors for Accreditation
All key documents as specified in the “Attachments” page are required to be uploaded.

Subcontractor must ensure that all indicated information and uploaded documents in the Subcontractor Management System are valid and up to date.
Subcontractor must monitor and update any changes in company information (subcontractor name, person in-charge, scope of supply, etc.) and replace expired documents regularly.

Subcontractors for Registration
Upon completion of your registration, you will receive the below prompt message:
“Your request for registration has been sent for checking.”
Registered Subcontractors can now participate in the on-going bidding and execution projects, if needed.

Subcontractors for Accreditation
Upon submission of the complete accreditation documents, you will receive the below prompt message:
“Your request for accreditation has been sent for checking.”
Subcontractors will be notified if further action is required or evaluation has been completed.
